The Process

After you submit a ticket, you will be notified within 24 hours (usually much sooner) by email about the status of your ticket. If we require more information from you before we can complete the work, we will contact you by email or phone. Requests for site updates (new work) usually require more time since a quote and an approval of charges is necessary. Other support issues generally move along much quicker.

Next, your request is moved into the production queue. We designate a certain number of hours each week for support issues. Depending on the nature of your request and our production queue we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your concerns or issues have not been addressed in a timely manner,
Support calls will only be accepted if you have first filled out a Support Ticket. Please know your ticket number when you call so that we may reference your original request.

Why fill out a Support Ticket?

Using the Support Ticket System allows us to track your request through to completion without the possibility of getting shuffled in with SPAM through e-mail or sitting in someone's email box while they are on vacation. When your request is received through our support team, we are able to expedite it quickly through the system since all the information we need is one click away from being entered into production for resolution.
